Clockwork Princess (The Infernal Devices #3)

Clockwork Princess (The Infernal Devices #3) By  Cassandra Clare My Rating: 5 Genre: YA, Fantasy Finished On: 31st May, 2013 This book. I have no feelings to write about any kind of review for it. So this was the last book Of TID series. I knew am gonna anyway break down as it will be the last book of the series. But, the fact what Cassandra did to it, I can never forgive her. She, as an excellent author filled all the holes which needed to be filled in this book. I had many doubts about what may happen to each character and what may happen to so and so incident. Some were scenes such I had no clue what may happen next. It was just unpredictable. First for the fact, What may happen to poor James Carstairs? He was dying, already weak from his so-called disease. And Will, Will, Will. If somebody has to learn patience and tolerance from anybody, that anybody has to be him. I see why Magnus held such pity and sympathy for him. Even after hundred and thirty years, he remembered hi...

Looking For Alaska

Looking For Alaska By John Green My Rating: 3 Genre: Young Adult Finished on:  May 19, 2013   I can't exactly say how I feel about this book. It has soo many feelings. This book was just a normal book until 'Before'. When later, 'After' story comes, John Green just crushed up the feelings. You need to understand the book very closely to feel it. To get out of the labyrinth in which we are present. Its not just the story about Pudge whoo 'looks out' for Alaska.. Its about.. Well, 'm no vocabulary master! I've nil eloquence. Its just this story teaches some person something. I bet I wrote the same line for 'TFIOS' review. The thing is, John Green disappoints us a lot. He created such consequences that we just have to maintain control over our temper to not stop reading the book and shouting things at him. But, in the end we either just give a hopless sigh and thank him for whatever we need to thank for or start crying and wetting our pillows al...

City of Lost Souls (The Mortal Instruments #5)

City of Lost Souls (The Mortal Instruments #5) by   Cassandra Clare My Rating: 3/5 Genre: YA, Fantasy Finished on: 17th May, 2013 Well, honestly Cassandra Clare is really something. First she totally goees against us. Like she reads our mind and she knows what we want the book to be like. AND, here you go. She presents with such kind of story where you just have to screaaaaaam 'What is this going on??' And feel like throwing the book, YET, you can't because the book is addicting and you want to know what happens in the end. As usual, unpredictable happens, Always. The book was boring from the start. And I already imagined myself writing this book's review here saying, 'This aint worth reading!' But.. I don't know what magic Clare has, the ending always surprises me and I'm like.. 'Okayy.. This book was not aweful.. Cant.Wait.For.The.Next.One. :D Cassandra, you better surprise me in your next book- If I have enough luck to read . You always do :) Can...

City of Fallen Angels (The Mortal Instruments #4)

City of Fallen Angels (The Mortal Instruments #4) by   Cassandra Clare   My Rating: 3/5 Genre: Fantasy, YA Finished on: 13th May, 2013 This book.. My.. I can't say I enjoyed while reading it. Yet, Cant even deny the fact that it was addicting! Cassandra Clare really drugged her script with some sort of magic.. Need to find out -.- There was no action at first.. Like, very boring! Simon leading a miserable life.. Jace acting really weird around Clary. All characters adding up nd den bluff! Disappearing and appearing pages later.. :/ The whole story was gloomy and depressing. I loved the action, Of course. And the usual sarcasm which is always present in the series.. But, you hate it right when what you predicted totally turns out to be different?? The ending was, horrible. Totally unlike COG. I just hope COLS doesn't disappoint me. If only I get an opportunity to READ IT! :/ :P Anyway, I still loved Magnus Bane :* And.. Cassandra rocks! Andd.. This, though i found it disa...

City of Glass (The Mortal Instruments #3)

City of Glass (The Mortal Instruments #3) By  Cassandra Clare My Rating: 4 Genre: Fantasy, YA Finished on: May 9th. 2013 City Of Glass- The 3rd book from The Mortal Instruments. No wonder I love the number 3 :P City Of Glass is slightly better than City Of Bones! And wayy better than City Of Ashes. Already COA ended with a cliffhanger that Jocelyn can be revived back from the spell. No wonder any fan might die to read this book after that :P Yet again I didn't like Madeleine dying. And that is what I hate about authors, they keep killing people -_- As usual, Cassandra used her incredible talent in this book too and created as many cliffhangers as she can think of. Some I predicted.. But yet, felt the shock when It got confirmed later. And some literally unpredictable making me fall off my chair while I read. New characters introduced here in this book too. I hated Sebastian Verlac and Aline Penhallow since beginning. Though Aline is okay in nature and Sebastian.. Well, not :P...

The Fault in Our Stars

The Fault in Our Stars By   John Green My Rating: 5 Genre: YA, Fiction, Contemporary Finished on: 25th Apr, 2013 This book, I honestly don't have any words to describe, any adjectives to compare.. Just.. Just.. I am speechless! I open facebook, once in a while, and when I get too bored I check on pages which might interest me. I noticed one thing that almost all of the admins of many pages loved this book, 'The Fault In Our Stars' I mean. I was interested in the title itself when I came to know about it. I saw many wonderful quotes from the author, 'John Green' and I decided, I MUST read the book , And.. I did. I found a link of its ebook online and started reading on my phone. Its protagonist, Hazel Grace Lancaster was suffering from a lung cancer. She carries an oxygen tank cart all the time with a cannula attached to her nose, which helps her breath. Instantly I felt defeated because I knew this stoory was something I couldn't read with strength, as she alwa...
