I've read mystery books with perspective of a detective, police, but this was completely in view of a lawyer. In view of law! I honestly enjoyed reading throughout. I had my assumptions and wanted very badly to know if I was right.. I wasn't though :'D I suspected it to be murder. And for Anna to be the murderer, while Rusty is trying very hard to defend her. You ask me why? Because.. Idk. There was absolutely no role of her as soon as the trial started. So I suspected maybe the author doesn't want us to think of her, when she has been the culprit all along? And I thought it kinda makes sense. Barbara knows about the relationship, and Anna very badly wanted Nat and her relationship to not break whatsoever. So maybe she decided to remove her from the path, so that none of that happens?
